Refund policy

Welcome to Vegan Virtues! Your satisfaction is our priority. 

We operate on a Print on Demand (POD) basis, meaning we do not hold any inventory. Each product is custom made for you upon your order. Therefore, orders are submitted to our POD providers, only after we have received the full payment for your order. This ensures that we can process and produce your items promptly and accurately.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

o Refunds are only available for products that are defective, damaged, or not as described. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you encounter any of these issues.

o To be eligible for a refund, you must provide proof of purchase and evidence of the defect or damage (e.g., photos).

2. Non-Refundable Items

o Due to the custom nature of POD products, we do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing. Please refer to our sizing guides within product descriptions before making a purchase.

o Sale items or gift cards are non-refundable.

3. Refund Process

o To request a refund, please email us at info@vegan-virtues.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

o If your refund is approved, we will process it within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item a replacement of the item ordered will be shipped at no cost. 

If you haven’t received a refund within the specified time frame, please check with your bank or credit card company first. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@vegan-virtues.com
